Elephants Class Home Learning Packs

Hello Elephant Class,

We can hardly believe that we have not seen you all for over 3 months! We are missing you all so much!

Five weeks ago the school opened for Bears, Giraffes and keyworker children and Mrs Broughton and I have been given a small group of children to teach. I am teaching the keyworker children and working with Mrs Griffiths and Mrs Broughton is teaching a small group Reception children and working with Mrs Burling.  Things are are very different in school but all the children and adults have quickly settled into their new routines. Mrs Broughton and I just wish we were able to welcome all of our lovely Elephant class back too but as you probably know this is not possible at the moment so we will continue to set home learning for you.

You have a choice of watching online learning videos or completing the daily sheet activities set. These can either be printed of or you can just write down your answers in a notebook. Each day there is a reading, English and Maths activity.

If you have any problems or questions regarding the home learning set then please ask your parents to contact the school office and they will get your message to us.

We hope you are all well and having lots of fun at home.

Take care and stay safe!

Mrs Beasley & Mrs Broughton

Home Learning. Daily activities from Monday 11th May - Friday 22nd May

We have had feedback that worksheets are a challenge without access to printers. Luckily for us, lots of website have been busy creating great online lessons!

Every day choose one English and one Maths activity. If you wish to do something else as well, such as History and Geography, you are more than welcome to!

You can choose whether to work from the BBC, or Oak National Academy - once you have picked one, stick to it for the WHOLE week... otherwise the learning might not make sense!
